• Score predictions

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited daily question access. No credit card is required for the free tier.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase
• Bundle plans (4-month, 6-month) provide access for the stated duration from purchase date
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our Premium service. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after this period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to:

MSRA Prep is an educational tool designed to aid in exam preparation. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Your performance on the actual MSRA exam
• The accuracy of score predictions
• The completeness of content coverage
• Uninterrupted access to the Service

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our content is for educational purposes and should not be relied upon as medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSRA Prep Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Exam outcomes
• Career decisions based on our predictions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
